Magister Risk Consultants was established during the course of 2002 to offer specialized and independent estate and trust advisory services.

MRC renders specialist risk planning, estate planning, insolvency advice as well as advice regarding the total spectrum of the proper compliance with the Trust Property Control Act , Act 57 of 1988, as amended.

MRC assists accountants, attorneys, and members of the public with the drafting of detailed estate plans, as well as the drafting of properly planned wills.

As regards the setting up of trusts and trust administration, the following services are rendered:

• Registration of trusts;
• Consultation with the various Master’s Offices with regards to amendments of Deeds of Trusts;
• Services as an independent trustee pursuant to the decision in Parker NO v Land and Agricultural Bank of SA [2003] All  SA (258 T)
• Other Trusts Administration.

MRC also presents seminars on subjects like Estate Planning, Trusts and Trust Administration and all related subjects.
